“The Voice of the Turtle“ portrays two days in the life of unsuccessful folk guitarist Oskar Jankovski. Instead of sex, drugs and rock and roll, Oskar has only his Volvo and his guitar. After another failed attempt to score his long-sought record deal, he gets the unexpected chance to drive his idol Joe Faller to a recording session. But first he must deal with the tragic death of Joe’s beloved pet tortoise, Aloysius.
